設施：比較齊全，但電熱器熱水與五鑽評價有點差距，天冷熱水供應有點侷促。
衞生：比較乾淨。
環境：南麗湖景區環境極好，但酒店外部社區設施老舊，甚至有破損。
服務：極其熱情到位，讓我們有賓至如歸感覺，前台部門特別突出，郝經理、小陳、小文個個認真負責，規範熱情；酒店餐飲部廚藝製作上品，色香味好，雖然價格小貴，但服務優秀，值得稱道。

第一次住這裏，感覺酒店的綠化非常好，山水相依，湖泊寧靜，極目葱蘢，花草繁茂，整個面積也非常寬廣，早餐後去繞湖散步了一圈，空氣清新，環境優美，心曠神怡！前台的小姐姐也甜美專業，服務禮貌貼心，感覺太棒啦！下次還想來住！必須好評！👍🌹

酒店前台服務還是蠻好的，今天又接着續住了，有機器人可送物很方便，一定程度便利了生活，完好的設施設備是必要保障，紅茶咖啡味道不錯，推薦入住。

酒店雖然沒開多久，卻給人一種有點年代的感覺。 路口開進來的保安亭，貌似是隔壁小區的，問我們到哪裡，才放我們進來。早餐選擇也不多，也沒啥人吃早飯。游泳池很大，最深1.8米。房間裏的洗臉枱實在太小了，都沒法放東西。這樣的設施和地理位置，價格還是偏貴的。
